All return requests require the item(s) to reach our warehouse in United Kingdom within 7 calendar days of receiving it, in the same condition as it was delivered.
When returning the item(s), Porteur De Luxe offers only 1 refund option if your return is approved adhering to our Return Conditions and Return Scenarios.
Free Returns with refund as Gift voucher/Store credit:You can choose this method to receive a complete refund excluding any original shipping charges (if paid) as a Gift voucher/Store credit. This Gift voucher/Store credit can be redeemed anytime for future purchases on Porteur De Luxe. This refund is issued within 1 business day of receiving back and approving the returned item.
Refund to Original Payment Method: At Porteur De Luxe, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for any order once the item has been shipped from our luxury store in United Kingdom, as significant costs and resources are committed to sourcing and preparing your luxury product for delivery. Before shipping, we will send you a confirmation email with the order status. If you wish to cancel your order, it is your sole responsibility to email us at porteurdeluxe@porteurdeluxe.in and clearly state your intention to cancel, including your order details. Cancellations must be made before shipment; once dispatched, the order becomes non-refundable. As a company, we reserve the right to recover costs incurred in sourcing and preparing your order for shipment.
Please Note:The process of approving or rejecting the return item(s) may take up to 5-7 business days after the day the package is received in our United Kingdom warehouse. If the return is rejected, there will be associated fees for shipping the item(s) back to you. Kindly refer to the Rejected Return section for detailed information.

Return Conditions:
Return approval or rejection is subject to Porteur De Luxe discretion and must adhere to the below conditions.
All return item(s) must be new, unused, and have all original components, tags, labels and security tags intact.
The original Porteur De Luxe & Brand packaging (box, dustbag, carry bag, etc.) must be intact and returned with the product.
The product and its packaging must not be damaged. Damage resulting due to improper shipping and handling of the package will not be accepted.
All return item(s) must reach our warehouse in United Kingdom within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
Returns must be only shipped using the trustworthy source along with the tracking details. Including additional, fewer or incorrect item(s) will result in rejection of the return.
Return Scenarios:
This section outlines the various scenarios under which returns may occur, distinguishing between returns arising from customer preferences and those resulting from Porteur De Luxe's error. Selecting the appropriate reason for returning an item is important as our team conducts due diligence based on those reasons. Providing an incorrect reason may result in the rejection of the return.
Returns arising from customer preferences, including but not limited to:
Customer changed their mind
Customer ordered the wrong size/color
Item does not suit the customer
Customer ordered more items than required
Item seems different to image on site
Returns arising from the Porteur De Luxe' error, such as:
Customer received a faulty item
Customer received an incorrect size/item
If the return reason you selected does not align with our quality check process, we will process the return based on the applicable reason and make deductions as per our Return & Refund Policy and Return Conditions. The refund will be issued in the payment method (Original source or Gift voucher/Store credit) you selected for this return.
If the reason for the return request is "received a faulty item" but the item is found to be manufactured as intended by the brand, then the return will be accepted as a return arising from customer preference, provided it meets our return & refund policy, return conditions and associated deductions will apply.
Please note that our size chart may differ from the brand manufacturers' size charts. For unisex products, we use the men's size chart as the default. Some products listed on Porteur De Luxe may display two sizes on the product page: the manufacturer's size and our conversion (mentioned in brackets) for reference. Our size chart and conversion serves solely as a reference for the closest conversion, but actual size conversions may vary based on manufacturer specifications. We recommend ordering based on the manufacturer's size, which is mentioned on all product pages as you will receive the item as per manufacturer size not the recommended size.
Also, it's important to note that details regarding the fit of the item (such as slim fit, custom fit, etc.) are sourced from the respective boutique and may not always be entirely accurate. While we strive to convey the most precise details, the material information presented on our website is sourced directly from our trusted partner luxury fashion boutiques. Occasional discrepancies or variations may occur especially when dealing with unique materials or composition. Such discrepancies are beyond our control. Therefore, returns resulting due to such differences will be considered as returns arising from customer preferences.
Rejected Return:
Any returns we receive in our warehouse that fail to comply with our previously stated Return & Refund Policy, Return Conditions and Return Scenarios will be refused and rejected.
If the return is rejected, you will be responsible for certain fees before the item(s) can be shipped back to you. This fee includes a INR 3,999 return fee, a INR 2,999 shipping fee, the cost of any additional duties, handling fee and taxes to be paid. You will have 90 days to pay the required fees. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the item(s) will be discarded, and we will no longer be responsible for the same.
Refused Delivery:
In cases where you are unavailable to accept /do not accept the package at the time of delivery and it is returned back to us, it will be considered as a return arising from customer preference. Such returns will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy, Return Conditions and Return Scenarios.
In such cases we will contact you on your registered email asking for preference of refund mode, if we are unable to hear from you within 72 hours, we will process the refund in the form of Gift voucher/Store credit subject to receiving back the item(s) in our warehouse and approving the returned item(s).
Exchange Policy:
Our Exchange Policy works the same as the Return & Refund Policy. We do not exchange the item(s), instead, you shall return the item(s) back to us and opt for a Gift voucher/Store credit method of refund. You can then use the Gift voucher/Store credit to place a new order. Such returns will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy, Return Conditions and Return Scenarios.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, in exceptional cases, you can email us at porteurdeluxe@porteurdeluxe.in within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will try to cancel it. This is an exceptional case, and we cannot assure you that the order will be canceled. The refund of the same will be issued only in the form of a Gift voucher/Store credit redeemable anytime for future purchases on Porteur De Luxe.
If we are unable to cancel your order, your order will be processed and governed as per our Return Conditions, Return Scenarios and Return & Refund Policy if you decide to not accept or return the item(s).
Delivery Policy:
Porteur De Luxe insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer. Ownership of the goods shall remain with Porteur De Luxe until the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, at which point ownership and all associated risks, including loss or damage, transfer to the customer.
In cases where the delivery is accepted by an individual other than the customer (including but not limited to a gift recipient or any other person present at the specified address), such acceptance shall constitute conclusive proof of delivery and fulfillment of Porteur De Luxe obligations. From the moment the order is marked as delivered to the specified address, the customer assumes full responsibility for the goods.
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or pre-opened, we strongly advise you not to accept it and report any suspicious packaging to our customer support team immediately. Accepting such a package means you take full responsibility for its contents, including any potential issues or discrepancies.
If you choose to accept a package that appears tampered with, we will thoroughly verify your claim. However, we are not liable for any issues that may have occurred during transit. Our role is limited to assisting in escalating the discrepancy to our partner carrier on your behalf. The resolution will be subject to the carrier’s terms, conditions, and policies, and you will need to coordinate directly with them for any reimbursement, as they bear full responsibility for the package's condition during delivery. While we will support you by raising a complaint with the carrier, we strongly recommend that you also file a complaint directly with them for a quicker resolution.
